PAINTER Gaëtano Grisafi

Since my childhood, drawing has always been a pleasure and it stayed until January 2014. This year was the start of a more than satisfying artistic journey. It was without any art training whatsoever that I started painting on canvas.
After only a few tests on small formats, large canvases quickly giving me a very great feeling of creative freedom.
Acrylic became my medium because it allows me to express my creativity without limits and follow a rhythm of sustained creation. Black and white quickly appeared as the most beautiful vector of my ideas. When my style, considered “unique” by several people, also fits me deeply.

In 2016, Gaëtano wins the Marina Picasso prize at the international exhibition in Cannes.
